As a business association, we are proud to support over 540 organizations (small, medium and large) in Canada's largest tech park. Our restaurants, retailers, hoteliers and service providers make up the fabric of our community.

Many businesses are making the difficult choice to close their doors temporarily for the health and safety of their customers and the community. These small businesses are facing enormous challenges in the days, weeks and months ahead and they need our support.

Today we are encouraging our community of 24,000 employees, alongside their employers, investors and partners to #shoplocal >> order takeout, purchase gift cards and participate in our newly launched Tech Park Dollars program for use at a future date.

Tech Park Dollars

A variety of restaurant, retail, hospitality, health and wellness shops have come on board to participate in our Tech Park Dollars program. 

Available in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $100, $250 and $500, Kanata North Tech Park Dollars can be spent at participating businesses in Canada's largest technology park. 

100% of each purchase will go directly back to the local small businesses you are purchasing from in the Kanata North community.

HOW IT WORKS

Customers can select and purchase Tech Park Dollars from the vendor of their choice directly from our shop. Once an order has been processed two emails will be sent from the Kanata North Business Association. First you will receive a confirmation of purchase.

From there, you will receive a second email with your Tech Park Dollars. Each certificate will be uniquely coded to the business(es) you have purchased from.

When social distancing measures have been lifted and our small businesses open up shop again, print and head down to the businesses you have purchased Tech Park Dollars from to redeem your goods & services. The Tech Park Dollars have no cash value and are non-transferrable between businesses.

Each business will keep track of your balance, but be sure to write down your balance as well. Thank you for supporting your local small businesses!
